In addition, a COVID-19 booster is recommended for everyone 18 years old and above who received the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson COVID-19) vaccine. This new guidance is effective immediately.

Programs and Services Amendments Due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency

Continues the provisions of the Emergency Rule adopted on June 24, 2020 which amended the provisions of Title 50 of the Louisiana Administrative Code in order to adopt temporary measures to provide for the continuation of essential programs and services to ensure the health and welfare of the citizens of Louisiana.
